2. Pharmacy Services

2.1 Prescription Services

• All prescription medications require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider
• We reserve the right to verify all prescriptions with the prescribing provider
• Prescriptions must comply with federal and state regulations
• We may decline to fill prescriptions that raise safety concerns or appear fraudulent
• Controlled substances are subject to additional verification and documentation

2.2 Refill Services

• Refill requests must be submitted with adequate notice (minimum 24-48 hours)
• Refills are subject to prescription authorization and remaining refills
• We will contact your healthcare provider if authorization is needed
• You are responsible for monitoring your prescription refills

2.3 Transfer Services

• Prescription transfers are subject to state and federal regulations
• Controlled substances may have transfer restrictions
• We require authorization from your previous pharmacy
• Transfer processing time is typically 1-3 business days

3. Patient Responsibilities

As a patient, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete health information
• Update your contact information and insurance details promptly
• Inform us of all medications, allergies, and health conditions
• Follow medication instructions as prescribed
• Ask questions if you don't understand medication instructions
• Pick up or arrange delivery of prescriptions in a timely manner
• Pay for services and medications as required

• Use medications only as prescribed and not share with others

4. Payment and Insurance

4.1 Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and insurance
• You are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or non-covered amounts
• Prices are subject to change based on insurance coverage and market conditions

4.2 Insurance Claims

• We will bill your insurance as a courtesy service
• You are responsible for providing accurate insurance information
• Insurance coverage is not guaranteed and is subject to plan terms
• You are responsible for any amounts not covered by insurance
• Insurance rejections or coverage issues are your responsibility to resolve

4.3 Refunds and Returns

• Prescription medications cannot be returned once dispensed due to safety regulations
• Over-the-counter items may be returned within 30 days with receipt
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Special orders and compounded medications are non-refundable

5. Website and Online Services

5.1 Account Registration

If you create an online account:

• You must provide accurate and current information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must not share your login credentials
• You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

5.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Someone must be available to receive controlled substance deliveries
• We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control
• You must provide accurate delivery address and contact information
• Medications left unattended may be subject to damage or theft - not our responsibility

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of RadianceRx or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
